It's been 15 years since we opened in Yabacho.This course features the chef's current signature dishes, who has been in charge of the kitchen since the restaurant's founding.There are two types of appetizers.Today's pasta is followed by the main meat dish, and then dessert.This course features an abundance of ingredients sourced from New Zealand.
